Our fully trained and highly competent therapist will provide a detailed consultation prior to every treatment so as to ensure we achieve the best possible results, catered to your specific needs, every time you visit our salon.
To ensure you enjoy the full value of your PampaVu experience, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You will be able to relax and be ready to be pampered. We hope you will understand that if you arrive late your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly. If you are running late, please telephone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please advise our therapists of any existing health conditions or physical limitations you have, including but not limited to: infectious diseases, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, accidents and injury or surgery, any sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions or if you are pregnant. Also please advise if you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications - you may need to obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving services.
